Well anyways, I used some injector cleaner in the car (I know, I don't care) and now it doesn't stall, and idle is MUCH smoother. Every now and then, it will take a drop in RPMs and go back to normal, and drop to 450 when I let do of the accelerator. The car pulled all kind of codes, IAT low, IAT high, Evap purge, lean on bank 1, random misfire...

I put in a full tank of 94 with Tactrol (cleaning additive) from Petro-Canada, car still had trouble starting up, so I changed the gas cap. Didn't have to refuel the car yet, we'll see if it does anything when I go refill for the next time. I also plan on bringing the car to a specialized fuel injection shop and get the injectors cleaned.

All in all, car is much better, not perfect but at least driveable now. No codes yet, lean on bank 1 pending though.

There is always the possibility of the Bank 1 and Bank 2 Oxygen Sensors being defective and not sending out the correct fuel mixture voltage, however it is recommended to suspect a defective oxygen sensor after inspecting the vacuum lines and the MAF.
